5. This Campaign shall be valid only on the following weekends (Friday and Saturday) [SS1.1]of June 2026: 12 June 2026 to 13 June 2026, 19 June 2026 to 20 June 2026, and 26 June 2026 to 27 June 2026.

6. This campaign is applicable for existing Regular and Islamic Profile customers.

7. To be eligible for this campaign, you must have an active & full-profile Nagad account.

8. Nagad shall bear the responsibility as a payment service provider under this campaign.

9. Despite fulfilling all the terms and conditions under this campaign and being eligible for the cash bonus, and the cash bonus is not received due to any unknown reason, Nagad will provide the mentioned cash bonus within 15 (fifteen) working days after the end of the campaign. In this case, any transaction-related dispute will be resolved in accordance with the prevailing procedures.

10. In the event that the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account but is not credited to or reflected in the customer’s Nagad Account for any reason, the customer shall contact the concerned bank to resolve the issue. Nagad shall not bear any responsibility or liability in this regard.

11. If any participants are found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail or win instant cashback under the campaign, they will be considered disqualified from this campaign.

12. Nagad reserves the right to change/modify/extend these terms & conditions or cancel this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.

13. Any decision taken by Nagad with respect to this campaign, shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad and deemed final.

Terms and Conditions

Nagad announces that:

i. Nagad or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request you to disclose your One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad Account,

ii. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and

iii. Nagad shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.

v. Nagad shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.

vi. Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.
